SEIWIB Hosts Area Stakeholders to Discuss Best-Practices for Second-Chance Hiring in Southeast Indiana

SEIWIB was pleased to host an inaugural regional corrections roundtable on October 26, 2023. The roundtable was attended by local sheriffs, representatives from Ripley County Courts Addiction and Drug Services (CADS), Justin R. Beattey from Mental Health America of Indiana, and employers who had best practices to share in hiring those recently released from incarceration. We hope that this will be the first of many such convenings.
