We partner with area employers to help them with their talent development needs, ensuring a steady supply of good jobs in Southeast Indiana.

We provide training, education, case management, and supports for individuals involved with the criminal justice system, providing them with the tools for success in re-entry.

We fund JAG programming in high schools in Southeast Indiana, giving at-risk students the tools to achieve success.

We have built a regional system to provide holistic workforce development services to individuals who are in recovery.

Job seekers may utilize our WorkOne Southeast to take advantage of a variety of free services to help them find employment, or help them find better employment. Services are available virtually or in-person.

We are proud to help employers build strong Registered Apprenticeship programs, that provide enormous opportunities for workers, while also helping employers fill their talent needs.
